Each sachet contains: Siphonochilus aethiopicus (African ginger) [rhizome powder] – 300 mg | Hedera helix (Ivy extract) [leaf, 5:1 extract providing 150 mg dried herb equivalent] – 30 mg | Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) – 100 mg | Citrus limon (Lemon) [fruit, 10:1 extract providing 50 mg dried herb equivalent] – 5 mg | Honey – 25 mg | Zingiber officinale (Ginger) [root, 4:1 extract providing 10 mg dried herb equivalent] – 2.5 mg | Cinnamomum cassia(Cinnamon) [bark, 4:1 extract providing 10 mg dried herb equivalent] – 2.5 mg | Contains sugar: 3 927 mg sucrose per sachet | Contains sweetener: 43 mg Sweetener A100 (acesulfame K and sodium cyclamate)
Directions
Adults: Take 1 sachet three times a day with half a glass of hot water. Stir well and if necessary add cold water. Drink the solution as hot as possible without burning the mouth. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
