Topical vapour rub to support relief from congestion, colds, and muscle or joint discomfort.

Tibb Blackseed Rub is a medicated ointment formulated according to the Unani-Tibb philosophy to support relief from mild nasal congestion and assist ease of breathing during colds. When applied topically, it may also help support comfort in muscles and joints. Suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age, it provides natural support for respiratory and muscular wellbeing.

Blackseed extract

Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora)

Eucalyptus globulus and eucalyptus oil

Mentha spicata and menthol

Myristica fragrans (nutmeg oil)

Nigella sativa

Pinus roxburghii

Thymol

Trachyspermum ammi

Turpentine oil

How to Use

Topical use:

Adults and children (3 years and older): Apply a thin, even layer to the affected area twice daily. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Respiratory support:

Apply to the chest and back twice daily, or use as an inhalation by adding approximately 10 g to 1 litre of hot water and inhaling the steam from a safe distance of 15–20 cm, twice daily.

Do not heat in a microwave or reheat. Always supervise children during inhalation use.
