Tibb Kofcare Syrup is a honey-based herbal formulation designed to support relief from cough and assist in clearing respiratory mucus. The formulation contains herbal ingredients traditionally used to soothe throat irritation, support expectoration, and promote respiratory comfort during colds and flu. It is suitable for adults and older children when used under appropriate guidance.

Balsamodendron mukul – 25 mg

Tinospora cordifolia – 39 mg

Ocimum sanctum – 34 mg

Syzygium aromaticum – 15 mg

Elettaria cardamomum – 15 mg

Adhatoda vasica – 15 mg

Myristica fragrans – 15 mg

Glycyrrhiza glabra – 15 mg

Albizzia lebbeck – 15 mg

Viola odorata – 10 mg

Vitis vinifera – 10 mg

Hyssopus officinalis – 10 mg

Emblica officinalis – 3 mg

Terminalia chebula – 3 mg

Terminalia bellerica – 3 mg

Piper nigrum – 3 mg

Piper longum – 3 mg

Zingiber officinale – 3 mg

Cinnamomum cassia – 8 mg

Embelia ribes – 8 mg

Sucrose – 3500 mg

Preservatives: Methyl paraben (0.2% m/v), Propyl paraben (0.05% m/v)

Excipients: Citric acid, purified water, sodium citrate

How to Use

Children: Use only under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner

Adults and children (12 years and older): 5–10 ml three to four times daily after meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
