Tibb Rumaflam is formulated according to the Unani-Tibb philosophy to support relief from joint and muscle discomfort associated with conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, and general musculoskeletal strain. The combined use of Rumaflam Tablets and Rumaflam Cream provides both internal and external support, helping to ease stiffness, reduce swelling, and support joint comfort and mobility. The tablets support systemic inflammatory balance, while the cream offers targeted topical relief with warming and soothing ingredients.

Maharasnadi quath – 65 mg

Tinospora cordifolia – 10 mg

Plumbago zeylanica – 10 mg

Zingiber officinale – 10 mg

Commiphora mukul – 162 mg

Shankh bhasma – 65 mg

Rubia cordifolia – 19 mg

Shilajeet – 16 mg

Moringa pterygosperma – 16 mg

Hibiscus abelmoschus – 10 mg

Tribulus terrestris – 16 mg

Preservative: Sodium benzoate (0.3% m/m)

Excipients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, crosspovidone, dicalcium phosphate, HPMC, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose powder, PVP-K, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose

Ingredients per 1 g:

Zingiber officinalis – 0.05 mg

Capsicum annum – 0.15 mg

Mentha spicata – 3 mg

Cinnamomum camphora – 0.9 mg

Pinus roxburghii – 1.5 mg

Methyl salicylate – 100 mg

Menthol – 70 mg

Turpentine oil – 50 mg

Camphor – 30 mg

Capsicum oleoresin – 5 mg

Excipients: Benzyl alcohol, carbomer 940, cetamacrogol 1000, propylene glycol, purified water, triethanolamine

How to Use

Tablets:

Adults and children (12 years and older): Take 1–2 tablets two to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

Cream:

Adults and children (2 years and older): Apply a thin, even layer to the affected area up to three times daily and massage gently

Only adults should handle or apply the cream

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

Wash hands thoroughly after use
